AVRSL COURTESY BUS CONDITIONS
The AVRSL Courtesy Bus is pleased to provide a complimentary service to pick-up and drop-off Members, their Guests and patrons travelling to and home from the Club. These are the conditions that apply to any person wishing to use this service.

The AVRSL Courtesy Bus is pleased to provide a complimentary service to pick-up and drop-off Members, their Guests and patrons travelling to and home from the Club. These are the conditions that apply to any person wishing to use this service.
- Bookings for the Courtesy Bus can be requested from 5:30pm Wednesday to Sunday. The Courtesy Bus service ceases at 11pm.
- Bookings will not be confirmed prior to 5:30pm.
- Every attempt will be made to accommodate patrons’ requests, however, please be aware that Courtesy Bus has no set schedule. Please allow up to 30 minutes from your requested time.
- If you are relying on the Courtesy Bus as only means of transport, please check with staff or phone the Club to see if operational, as Courtesy Bus availability and operating times vary subject to the seasonal requirements of the Club.
- The Courtesy Bus is only available for Members, Members’ Guests and Patrons attending Avalon Beach RSL Club
- Pick-up and drop-off points must be a residential or holiday location address only. The Courtesy Bus is not provided for any destination other than the Club.
- The Courtesy Bus only runs as far as the areas described below and will not take passengers to other licensed venues.
- The Courtesy Bus area of operation is Mona Vale to Palm Beach.
- Routes may be changed, and the driver will determine the most efficient route at the driver’s discretion.
- The Courtesy Bus can transport a maximum of 7 passengers at a time and seat belts must be worn by all passengers.
- Child restraints are not fitted to the Courtesy Bus and baby capsules, or child booster seats are not permitted to be brought on to the Courtesy Bus. Children under the age of seven (7) years are not permitted on the Courtesy Bus.
- Any minor over the age of seven (7) years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Offensive language, objectionable behavior, smoking and the consumption of food or beverages are not permitted on the Courtesy bus.
- The driver may refuse or eject any person if the driver believes the person is intoxicated, unruly or disruptive to the comfort of other passengers. The driver’s decision is final in this regard and drivers have been instructed to drive to the nearest Police Station if there is any concern for their own, or passengers’, safety, or welfare. The driver can also suspend any patrons use of the complimentary service for any period for not following the rules of the Courtesy Bus.
